Please read these terms carefully before registering or using jee7. By accessing the platform, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these conditions in full.
1. Introduction
Welcome to jee7. These Terms and Conditions ("T&C") govern your access to and use of the jee7 platform, accessible at jee7.club and any associated mobile browser interfaces. jee7 provides online casino games, sports betting services including cricket betting, and related promotional content to eligible users in Bangladesh. By registering an account or using any feature of jee7, you enter into a legally binding agreement with jee7 and confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these T&C.
These T&C are written in English and shall be interpreted exclusively in English. Any translated versions available on the platform are provided for convenience only and carry no legal weight. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and a translated version, the English version prevails in all cases.
Key Terms at a Glance
"Player" or "User"
Any individual who holds a registered jee7 account, aged 21 or above.
"Platform"
The jee7 website, mobile browser interface, and all associated gaming and betting services.
"Games"
Casino titles, slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and any other wagering product on jee7.
"Balance"
Real-money funds held in your jee7 account, excluding bonus funds unless explicitly stated.
"Bonus"
Promotional credit, free spins, cashback, or other non-cash incentive granted by jee7.
"Wagering Requirement"
Total amount a player must wager before bonus-derived funds become eligible for withdrawal.
2. Eligibility
To register for and use jee7, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. jee7 enforces a strict 21+ policy. Any account found to belong to a player under 21 will be suspended immediately, and all winnings will be forfeited without exception.
- You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction. Individuals under legal guardianship or subject to court-imposed financial restrictions are not eligible.
- Each individual may hold only one jee7 account. Operating multiple accounts under any identity — real or assumed — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and winnings.
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. jee7 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, including before processing withdrawals.
- Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of jee7 staff are not eligible to hold player accounts or participate in promotions.
3. Account Registration and Security
Players must register a single personal account using accurate details. Registration is free and requires a valid mobile number. jee7 reserves the right to verify any information provided at registration at any time.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your mobile number and password. jee7 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where such access was enabled by your failure to secure your credentials. You must notify jee7 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
KYC Verification
jee7 may require completion of a Know Your Customer (KYC) process before processing any withdrawal or at any point during your use of the platform. This may include a copy of a valid national ID, passport, or other government-issued document. Failure to complete KYC when requested will result in suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is complete.
Account Closure
You may request closure of your jee7 account at any time by contacting support. Any pending wagering requirements on active bonuses must be resolved prior to closure. Real-money balances will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times and KYC requirements. jee7 also reserves the right to close or suspend accounts that violate these T&C without prior notice.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits
jee7 accepts deposits via the following methods available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard (subject to availability). All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit is ৳100 unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
- Deposits are credited to your account upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Mobile wallet methods such as bKash, Nagad, and Rocket typically process in under 5 minutes.
- jee7 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The payment method used must belong to the registered account holder. Deposits from unrecognised sources may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
- jee7 reserves the right to apply additional security checks to unusually large or frequent deposits before crediting them to your balance.
- jee7 does not charge fees for standard deposits. Your payment provider or bank may apply their own charges, for which jee7 bears no responsibility.
Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. jee7 processes approved withdrawals within 30 minutes during standard operational hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless an alternative is approved by jee7 support.
- Withdrawal requests will not be processed where active bonus funds remain subject to incomplete wagering requirements. All applicable rollover conditions must be met before a withdrawal can be approved.
- jee7 may request KYC documentation before processing a withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold.
- Withdrawals to bank accounts may take up to 2 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
- jee7 reserves the right to conduct additional checks on withdrawal requests where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these T&C.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
jee7 offers bonuses and promotions to eligible registered players. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion and to the general bonus conditions set out in this section. Where specific promotion terms conflict with these general T&C, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
- Wagering requirements apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise. The wagering multiplier, eligible games, and validity period for each bonus are stated in the individual promotion terms. If wagering requirements are not met within the validity period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
- Bonus funds are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash directly. They may only be withdrawn after all applicable wagering requirements have been completed and the bonus has converted to real-money balance.
- Welcome bonuses are available to new registered players only. Each player may claim a welcome bonus once. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times via multiple accounts constitutes a breach of these T&C and may result in permanent account closure.
- jee7 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, including adjusting wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum withdrawal limits tied to bonuses, and promotion validity periods.
- Bonus abuse — including use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, exploiting low-house-edge games specifically to clear bonus wagering, or any coordinated conduct designed to circumvent promotion conditions — will result in confiscation of bonus funds and associated winnings and may lead to permanent account closure.
6. Responsible Gaming
jee7 is committed to responsible gaming. jee7 operates strictly as a 21+ platform and provides tools to help players manage their gambling activity. All players are encouraged to review the jee7 Responsible Gaming page for detailed guidance on support tools and external resources.
- Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. A limit takes effect immediately once set. Increasing a deposit limit requires a 24-hour cooling-off period before the higher limit becomes active.
- Self-exclusion: Players who feel they need a break from gambling may request a temporary self-exclusion period of 1 day, 7 days, 30 days, or 6 months. Permanent self-exclusion is also available. Requests should be submitted to [email protected].
- Reality checks: jee7 may provide session time reminders to help players monitor the duration of their gaming sessions. Players are encouraged to treat gambling as entertainment and to take regular breaks.
- Minors protection: If you share a device with minors, jee7 strongly recommends enabling device-level parental controls to prevent underage access. jee7 is not responsible for underage access where adequate device-level controls have not been put in place by the account holder.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jee7. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, and any balances or winnings associated with the prohibited activity will be forfeited:
- Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, using stolen payment credentials, or impersonating another person to access jee7 or its promotions.
- Money laundering: Using jee7 to transfer, conceal, or legitimise funds obtained through illegal activity. jee7 cooperates fully with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and will report suspicious activity as required by law.
- Collusion and cheating: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities, or using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with jee7 games or the betting interface.
- Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider in respect of a deposit made to jee7. Accounts where a chargeback is initiated will be suspended pending investigation, and outstanding balances may be offset against the disputed amount.
- Exploitation of technical errors: Deliberately exploiting any malfunction, glitch, or technical error in the jee7 platform or any game to gain an unfair advantage. Winnings accumulated through exploitation of technical errors are void and will not be paid out.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the jee7 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, and software — is the property of jee7 or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any material from jee7 without prior written permission. Unauthorised use of jee7 content may result in legal action. The jee7 brand name and logo are trademarks of jee7 and may not be used without express written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jee7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. jee7's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jee7 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption or free from technical errors. While jee7 takes reasonable steps to maintain availability and security, temporary downtime and maintenance windows may occasionally affect access. jee7 will endeavour to notify players of planned maintenance in advance where possible.
10. Amendments and Termination
jee7 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the mobile number or email address on their account, or by a notice displayed on the platform. Continued use of jee7 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised T&C.
jee7 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player's access to the platform where that player breaches these T&C, engages in prohibited conduct, or where continued access would create legal, regulatory, or reputational risk for jee7. Termination does not affect any accrued rights or obligations of either party existing at the date of termination.
